• You have no ownership rights in Virtual Items
• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, and audio) are owned by Sweep 777 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable

12.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEEP 777 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweep 777 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must stop using the App and delete all copies
• All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
